Covert Drones Shipping Policy

A.K.A. “How We Get Your Stuff to You Without Losing Our Minds”

Processing Time

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing.
That means Monday–Friday, not “I ordered at 11:58 PM Saturday so why isn’t it here yet.”

Shipping Time

We ship using UPS Ground with an estimated 3–5 business day delivery window.
This is an estimate, not a blood oath. Weather, volcanoes, plane issues, UPS gremlins — all real things.

Shipping Cost

Shipping to all 50 U.S. states is 100% FREE.
Yes, even Alaska. Yes, even Hawaii.
No, we don’t know why we do this either.

Signature Requirements

Any order valued at $1,000+ (basically all drones) ships with:

  • Indirect Signature Required
  • Full insurance for the drone’s value

This protects you and us from the “my neighbor’s cousin’s dog signed for it” situations.

Insurance

  • Drones are insured for their full value.
  • Accessories (batteries, props, cases, etc.) are not insured unless purchased with a drone.

If UPS punts your drone into a swamp, we’ve got you.
If they punt your $12 propellers… that’s between you and gravity.

Lost, Delayed, or “The World Ended” Packages

UPS occasionally experiences:

  • Delays
  • Routing errors
  • Natural disasters
  • Plane crashes
  • “We don’t know where it is but we swear we’re looking” situations

We get it — it’s annoying.
But a delay does NOT equal a free replacement.

Replacements are only issued after UPS completes an investigation and confirms the package is lost.
Not before. Not because it’s “late by two days.” Not because “my customer is mad.”

Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a dispute before contacting us doesn’t make UPS move faster.
It just slows everything down and makes the process more painful for everyone involved.

If a dispute is filed while a package is still in transit or under investigation,
all support pauses until the dispute is resolved.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address.
If you enter “123 Main St” but you actually live at “123 Main Ave,” UPS will deliver it to whoever lives at the wrong one.
We can’t retrieve it from them. We can’t teleport it. We can’t fix typos after it ships.

Order Changes

Once an order ships, it’s locked in.
We can’t reroute, redirect, or magically beam it to a new location.
