Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, as carrier delays and supplier processing can occasionally impact fulfillment.
We offer 30-day returns if you change your mind. To be eligible for a refund, the drone must be unused, with zero flight time, and returned in all original packaging with all included accessories and components. Once a unit has been bound to your DJI account and flown, it is no longer eligible for return unless it arrives defective due to a verified manufacturing issue.
Yes. These are genuine, unused DJI drones. Before shipping, we complete activation to confirm proper setup and regional compatibility. Although the unit may show as “activated,” it has never been flown or used and arrives in brand-new condition. This step does not affect your ability to register or operate the drone..
We provide universal, region-free activation so your drone works worldwide without regional restrictions. This ensures a smoother setup experience and avoids compatibility issues for professional users operating in multiple locations. Because of this global activation, the unit is not eligible for DJI Enterprise Care or DJI’s U.S.-based warranty programs.
If your drone arrives dead-on-arrival (DOA), we’ve got you covered. Just notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will coordinate a replacement or repair at no cost to you. These drones are not eligible for DJI’s U.S.-based warranty or DJI Enterprise Care. That said, DJI can still service these units through paid repairs if they are damaged. If a repair is required, DJI sets the repair cost, approval, and turnaround time, and any associated repair fees would be paid directly to DJI.
