Warranty & Activation Information

This product is delivered as a unused, never refurbished aircraft.

Many of the DJI Enterprise products we sell are activated prior to shipment using a universal region-free activation process. This allows customers access to genuine DJI hardware without regional restrictions.

Because the aircraft is activated prior to resale, it is not eligible for DJI Enterprise Care or DJI's U.S. manufacturer warranty programs.

DJI can still service these aircraft through their paid repair program.

For customers seeking accident, water, crash, and hardware protection, optional CPS Protection is available at checkout.

CPS Protection Plan Coverage

CPS coverage can provide protection against accidental damage, crash damage, water damage, electrical failures, and other covered incidents depending on the selected plan.

Coverage is administered directly through CPS and is separate from DJI manufacturer coverage.

We strongly recommend protection coverage for public safety, commercial, wildlife recovery, and field operations where equipment is regularly exposed to demanding environments.

Coverage terms, limits, deductibles, and claim procedures are determined by CPS and will be provided during enrollment.

Description

Run a drone on a real operation and the pilot is locked to the controller. Everybody else, the incident commander, the team lead, the recovery crew, ends up crowding a 7 inch screen trying to see what the drone sees. That is no way to make calls when it matters.

The Covert Tactical Vision 21.5 puts the live feed up on a big, bright 21.5 inch screen so the whole team watches in real time, independent of the pilot's controller. Pilot flies. Everyone else sees the same picture.

Bright Enough To Actually Use Outside

This is the part that matters. Most field monitors wash out the second you take them into daylight. This one runs at 1000 nits, roughly four times a standard broadcast monitor, so you can read a thermal or visual feed in direct sun on a callout, a recovery, or a scene. A monitor you cannot see outdoors is dead weight in the case. This one earns its spot.

Why It Helps In The Field

On search and rescue, the incident commander watches the thermal feed and directs ground teams without pulling the pilot off the sticks. On a deer recovery, the hunter and the recovery crew watch the same screen and call the spot together instead of passing a controller back and forth. On a law enforcement scene, command staff get eyes on the overwatch feed without crowding the operator. It turns a one person view into a whole team view, and that is where the faster, better calls come from.

Run it off wall power at a command post, or go fully mobile on V-mount batteries when there is no outlet for miles.

The battery configuration ships with two 90Wh V-mount batteries. V-mount is the professional power standard, and at 90Wh each they sit just under the airline carry on limit, so they travel with you. Two of them keep the screen running through a long deployment with a charged spare always ready to swap in.
